Maintenance Mechanic, Utilities & Controls (cGMP)
Own the uptime. Elevate efficiency. Keep a cGMP facility performing at its peak.
Are you the go-to troubleshooter who can move from a boiler room to a control panel to an HVAC/R unit without missing a beat? In this role, you’ll be the backbone of a validated, cGMP environment—maintaining and repairing equipment across machinery, buildings, computer systems, control systems, and safety/security systems. Your mission: cut downtime and boost operational efficiency.
Your impact
- Design and execute preventive maintenance strategies while documenting everything in our CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
- Keep shop tools ready, track inventory, and help develop and maintain parts inventory systems.
- Champion Lean and 5S principles to create a safer, cleaner, more efficient workplace.
- Provide after-hours emergency response support when needed.
- Operate effectively in a physical role depending on the modality (i.e. Gamma), requiring strength and endurance.

- HVAC/R Systems including HVAC Maintenance and HVAC Repair
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Electrical Installation and Electrical Troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Boiler Operation
Rewards and schedule options
- Compensation: $27/hr plus a $1.50 shift differential
- Bonus: Eligible for bonus participation
- Schedule Option 1: 3rd Shift — Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (training will be on the day shift)
- Schedule Option 2: 3rd Shift — Rotating Days, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
