What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Project Management Assistant, Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D)
Location: Newtown Square, PA (Hybrid)
Working hours: 40 hours/week (Full-time internship)
Expected start date to end date: November 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026 (10 months)
- Support the Project Manager with the Sales-to-Delivery Handover
- Assist with compliance to project requirements and standards
- Assist with project coordination, planning and management
- Assist with tasks associated with monitoring and controlling the project
- Assist with revenue forecasting of a project
- Assist in the Resource Management process, including, but not limited to, creating and tracking resource requests
- Assist with the capture and recording of inputs for financial planning and management; including capture of project team timesheets (including external parties), effort expensed, project costs, project invoices, etc.
- Assist with RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) meetings, documentation, invitations, minutes, etc.
- Assist with managing and documenting project deliverable reviews and review sessions
- Assist with capturing and communicating project-review meeting minutes and/or related project approvals
- Assist Project Manager with Project Sponsors and Project Review Boards, including development of content, meeting minutes, etc.
- Assist with project escalations
- Assist with managing and tracking key project documents and deliverables
- Participate in regular project meetings and in Project Reviews
- Assist with capturing, documenting, and communicating project Lessons Learned
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure project reporting accuracy
- Capture project metrics and ensure clear communication to appropriate SAP and/or Customer stakeholders
- Assist in delivery team metrics and scheduling.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communication, or other related background
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
- Good people skills, with excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in multi-cultural teams a plus, strong team player
- Prior Team Lead or Project Management experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
