Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

Join a family-owned ceramic manufacturer as an entry-level laborer, where you will work in various departments across the facility. This labor-intensive role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds routinely, follow written work orders, and measure small parts for extended periods. While previous manufacturing and forklift experience is preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor-intensive tasks across different departments within the facility.
• Utilize various basic tools and equipment.

• Follow written work orders accurately.
• Measure small parts consistently over long periods.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is industrial, with building temperatures reflecting the outside conditions. Employees will rotate between first, second, and third shifts, with shift times from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Pay varies depending on the shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34257.60 - $38646.40/yr.
