ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment used in production, which may also involve the dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts as assigned.
- Assist in the creation of lubrication based tasks, and routes, will be the site "Lubrication champion".
- Lead in the creation of a site lube map.
- Assist with the implementation of Predictive&Preventative based PM's, and inspection routes.
- Lead and manage improvement based projects and initiatives as assigned.
- This position can expand into other predictive technologies, such as thermography, or vibration/shock pulse.
- Industrial baking and mult-zone oven experience a plus.
- Bagger/Scale maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated skills using Microsoft office software.
- SAP usage and experience related to maintenance task&PM creation.
- Reliability improvement skills, participate in PDCA, and PIT team events as needed and support TMOS activities.
- Annual training as required.
- Participation in plant shutdowns and outages.
