Assistant, Manufacturing

Location: Blue Ridge Summit, PA, remote or hybrid

Globe Pequot is seeking an entry-level Assistant for our Manufacturing Department to execute various administrative tasks that will include, but are not limited to, acting as a liaison with print vendors and internal company departments to troubleshoot, manage data, schedule, purchase, receive, and process print invoices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of customer service principles; customer needs assessment, quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems; data entry, record/file management, email, etc.
• Good command of the English language; good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and Windows Operating system.
