Legal Admin
We are seeking a professional and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily operations and serve as the firm’s primary point of contact. The ideal candidate maintains a polished "law office" demeanor, thrives under pressure, and possesses a collaborative, "pitch-in" mentality. Apply directly if you are interested.

education: High School Responsibilities
- Reception & Communication: Greet clients, attorneys, and vendors professionally. Manage the main phone line and route inquiries accurately.
- Facilities & Security: Coordinate with building management regarding maintenance, security, and access permissions. Ensure a safe, secure environment.
- Logistics & Mail: Oversee all mail and courier services (FedEx, UPS, TimeCycle). Sort and distribute items to staff and branch offices.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the "show-ready" appearance of conference rooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Manage supply inventory and equipment service calls.
- Administrative Support: Manage conference room scheduling and provide collaborative support to the team as needed.
