We're looking for skilled, detailoriented individuals who enjoy handson work and take pride in building highquality products. As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in our manufacturing process, working with a team that values precision, communication, and craftsmanship.
EducationExperience
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This background ensures you're familiar with production settings, quality expectations, and the pace of assembly work.
Communication Skills
Strong communication is essential in this role. You'll collaborate closely with Department Supervisors and production line employees, so the ability to clearly express information both verbally and in writing is important for maintaining workflow and ensuring accuracy.
Technical Skills
Success in this position requires confidence with both tools and technical documentation. You should be comfortable using computers for data entry, applying general math skills, and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans. Handson proficiency with common hand tools (such as wrenches, pliers, and utility knives) and power tools (including electric screwdrivers and pneumatic riveters) is essential. Experience assembling components using adhesives and sealants is also highly valued.
