Location: Philadelphia, PA 19115
Pay Range: $50–$55/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a modern dental practice focused on quality, patient-centered care and a concierge-level experience. This role supports one-hour recall appointments, excellent documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team. Hygienists also have opportunities for professional growth through a Hygiene Executive Committee that supports and leads the hygiene team.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00am – 7:00pm (flexible start time)

• Tuesday: OFF

• Wednesday: 8:00am – 7:00pm (flexible start time)

• Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

• Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner while building trust with patients

• Enhance oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers

• Thoroughly document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints

• Take x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor progress/changes

• Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist

• Respond appropriately to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment and implement emergency measures when needed

• Provide clear instructions for at-home care and ongoing oral health maintenance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation

• Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform assigned duties
