Cake Decorator & Baker (Experienced)

Role Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ability to decorate and beautifully write script on cakes for custom orders

-Execute garnishes and decorative touches.

- High level cake decoration in accordance with P.S. & Co. standards.

-Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and established standards: be able to read and scale recipes is a must.

- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked to perfection.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment and thrive in a small kitchen space.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of pastries.

- Concentration on mastering P.S. & Co. bread recipes

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience decorating cakes and cupcakes in a professional setting is required.

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry preparation.

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.

- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests.

Expected Schedule:
- Friday - Tuesday: 10am - 6pm

- This is a full time position, approx 40 hrs/week.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
