This is not a traditional assistant role; it is a key partnership position inside a growing real estate business.
The Stawasz Group is seeking someone who naturally steps in, creates clarity, and keeps everything moving forward. You will work directly with the business owner to ensure priorities are executed, systems are organized, and the day-to-day runs with consistency.

Compensation
- $50,000 – $60,000 salary
- Bonus opportunities
- Monthly stipend
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Streamline workflows across transactions, client experience, and internal communication
- Keep daily operations organized, on schedule, and moving forward
- Ensure priorities are executed, and deadlines are consistently met
- Manage and maintain database systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Document and refine processes to create consistency and scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improved solutions
- Track key metrics and support financial accuracy, including payout review
- Partner with leadership to manage priorities, maintain alignment, and support growth
- 2–5+ years in an administrative, coordination, or business support role
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and tracking tools
- Clear communicator with a professional presence
- Able to prioritize, problem-solve, and follow through independently
- Calm and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment
