Renuity is seeking a people-oriented Lead, Field Recruiting to support high-volume talent acquisition efforts within a specific region. This is a foundational leadership role, ideal for recruiters stepping into people management. The Lead will balance hands-on recruiting with overseeing a small team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with hiring needs, strong candidate experience, and execution against business goals.
This role reports to the Recruiting Manager or Senior Manager and is instrumental in delivering operational excellence and supporting recruiter development.
What You’ll Do
Recruiter Leadership & Support
Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters while continuing to own requisitions
Support onboarding and development of new recruiters through shadowing, training, and feedback
Lead by example in delivering timely, high-quality recruitment results
Promote best practices across the team, including candidate experience, organization, and process adherence
Recruiting Execution
Drive full-cycle recruitment for key roles, from sourcing through offer stage
Align recruiting efforts with divisional needs and support seasonal hiring initiatives
Collaborate with TA leadership and marketing to support sourcing strategies and job visibility
Maintain data accuracy in ATS (Ashby) and ensure recruiters are doing the same
Metrics & Communication
Track and monitor recruiter activity and funnel metrics, flagging risks and coaching for performance
Communicate regularly with field leadership and recruiting managers to ensure alignment on hiring goals
Use reporting tools to maintain visibility across open roles and hiring progress
Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with hiring managers and serve as a recruiting point of contact for local teams
Support hiring leaders with scheduling, candidate experience, and feedback collection
Act as a culture carrier, reinforcing Renuity values and inclusive hiring practices
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred
4–6+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, with some team mentorship or project lead exposure
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfort balancing hands-on execution with supporting others
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred)
Ability to build trust with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the assigned region
