Our client in West Chester, PA is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for their location. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge working with CNC Routers, Band Saws, or Laser equipment. Day shift opportunity: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM with overtime availabke Pay rate ranges from $23-27/hr (flexible)

Responsibilities

CNC Operator (Kitchen & Bath Manufacturing)We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-precision CNC saws and routers to fabricate custom countertops, cabinetry components, and architectural features for high-end kitchen and bath remodels. The ideal candidate has a "measure twice, cut once" mentality and takes pride in transforming raw materials—like natural stone, quartz, and wood—into finished pieces of art. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC bridge saws and 3-axis/5-axis routers. Material Handling: Load and secure large slabs or sheets using vacuum lifts and overhead cranes. Technical Execution: Select and calibrate tooling based on material type (e.g., stone, solid surface, or plywood).Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces for chips, scratches, or dimensional inaccuracies against shop drawings. Maintenance: Perform daily machine calibration and routine maintenance (greasing, water filtration checks, tool wear monitoring).Programming Support: Interface with CAD/CAM software to pull nested programs and make minor adjustments at the controller.

The essential functions of this role include:
