We are looking for reliable individuals with a passion for landscaping, operating equipment, working outdoors, experiencing the sense of freedom and welcoming feeling while mastering the skill of landscape work and a keen eye for detail. Doyle & McDonnell, Inc is seeking Skilled Landscape Laborers to join our team in Berwyn, PA. We are an Established, Main Line Company, that provides a host of Landscape Services. Your position is Vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage crew day to day operations

• Provide tree care including trimming and pruning

• Landscape edging, cleanup, mulching, planting, low voltage lighting, drainage, etc.

• Operate a variety of tools and power equipment for landscaping tasks

• Plant and maintain garden beds, trees and shrubs

• Low Voltage Lighting Installation and maintenance

• Holiday lighting

STARTING Pay Range: $20+ per hour

and Commensurate with Experience and License/ID

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:45 am – 3:15 pm

(start early and end early) off traffic schedule

(Optional) Saturday work available

Qua Qualifications:

• Prior experience in landscaping or a related field and managing teams

• Ability work outdoors in various weather conditions within reason

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable, Motivated, Shows up on time, works well with others

• Shared Respect and Friendly Atmosphere (laughter, pride, shard progress)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver's license or photo identification and reliable transportation
