You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects, including developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering long-term client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including Grocery, Retail, Senior Living, Industrial , and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Create Detailed Project Plans : Develop and manage work breakdown structures, resource allocation, project schedules, and budgets.

• Engage with Clients : Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Oversee Deliverables : Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

• Mentor Your Team : Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting collaboration and growth.

• Manage Financials : Handle invoicing, billing projections, and financial reporting for each project.

• Change Management : Implement processes for documenting out-of-scope work and managing additional services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education : BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

• Experience : 7+ years of industry experience with 3–5 years in project management.

• Skills :

  • Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
