Required Skills Technical Principal Responsibilities:- Design and build operational processes that protect businesses and users across Meta products.
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to identify trends and implement solutions at scale.
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to identify and build tools that improve performance of our systems.
- Anticipate and predict potential threats to operations and platform, design and build solutions to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale.
- Perform statistical modeling and statistical regression analysis to construct business patterns and trends.
- Build dashboards using Tableau and SQL to present business insight.
- Plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution.
- Proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends, and the impact of changes to all internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver measurement and reporting to quantify the impact of all launches, and monitor and analyze product and operational health metrics.
- Drive internal and external process improvements, solve workflow problems, and ensure internal tools and automation systems are fully leveraged.
- Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree(Foreign equivalent accepted) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires five years of experience in the following:

- Proficient to handle advanced analysis with large data sets in SQL and Excel

- PHP, Python, or Perl

- Building data pipelines

- Reporting systems, dynamic alerts, and data pipeline architecture

- Ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and resolve complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise concepts

- Ability to prioritize, re-prioritize, and handle multiple competing priorities

- Working with data visualization tools: Tableau or Unidash

- Ability to resolve and communicate issues with business presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Solving problems using data and providing practical business insights
