Position Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports both sales and marketing operations by ensuring opportunities are tracked, proposals are delivered professionally, and marketing campaigns run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and format quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
• Track opportunities through CRM systems and internal sales tools.
• Follow up on open quotations, customer inquiries, and pending opportunities.
• Coordinate customer meetings, sales team travel schedules, and internal sales activities.
• Maintain visibility into sales pipeline activity and opportunity status.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
• Support sales leadership with reporting and forecasting information.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Update website content including company news, projects, capabilities, and case studies.
• Assist with trade show and event planning.
• Develop project summaries, visuals, customer success stories, and sales collateral.
• Ensure consistent branding across proposals, presentations, social media, and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business operations, customer service, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
