Part-Time Office & Mail Delivery Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our team with a mix of office tasks and local deliveries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and values a flexible schedule.
Position Details:
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Schedule: Flexible, with priority on timely delivery of catalogs
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and organize catalogs for distribution
- Deliver catalogs to the local Post Office (approximately 10 miles from the office)
- Perform filing and general office organization
- Assist with light customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers, AI tools, and standard office equipment
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Additional Information:
- Mileage is reimbursed at the current federal rate ($0.725 per mile)
- Flexible working hours, provided deadlines are met
