Inside Sales / Telemarketing

Overview:
Graffen is a leading IT Consulting and Managed IT provider located in Conshohocken, PA. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support our marketing and sales strategy. This includes marketing activities, lead generation, prospect qualifying and appointment setting.

Preference will be given to candidates with direct lead generation experience, and those who live in close proximity to Conshohocken and King of Prussia.

This position is a full time, salaried and commission position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development for our Managed IT, VoIP and Dictation / Voice technologies.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
• Assist in driving regular marketing activities to cover various channel touchpoints, including LinkedIn, mailings, gift giveaways, webinars, presentations.
• Conduct outbound calls for prospecting, appointment setting, and lead qualification.
• Sales pipeline development: Build and maintain a sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop proposals and ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM program and provide regular reports to management on progress and activities.

• Capable of multitasking, adapting quickly to change, and responding with a high sense of urgency.
• Strong phone prospecting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and self-motivated mindset to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
