Technical Customer Consultant and Full-Stack Developer
GoodieX Tech is a growing digital solutions agency serving clients across the United States, Europe and the Americas. We build websites, software systems, automation tools and business solutions for startups, small businesses and established companies.
We are hiring a versatile remote professional who can contribute across software development, technical customer support, operations, client communication, administration and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, dependable and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
-Responsibilities
Build, maintain and improve web applications and internal tools
Provide technical support and guidance to customers
Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate resolutions
Communicate with clients and provide project updates
Manage schedules, emails and administrative tasks
Support internal operations, onboarding and workflow improvements
Perform research, reporting and data management

-Preferred Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, WordPress, Shopify, CRM tools, customer support systems, AWS, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Canva or Figma.
-Experience Level: Open to all levels. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
-Pay: $30 - $60 USD per hour (based on experience)
