Joining our team as a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with the creative team to amplify our online presence and drive growth, traffic, and engagement across all social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our expanding social media audiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Social Media Manager, under the guidance of the Creative Brand Director, will work in a part-time, in-person role. Their main tasks include audience development, conversion, growth, and driving engagement on various social media platforms for our brands.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
• Manage and enhance various brands’ social media strategies, ensuring their continued success and growth on existing platforms, while exploring new opportunities on emerging platforms.
• Oversee and proactively boost social media traffic, growth, and engagement for all brands.
• Align with operations to ensure accurate and effective organic content creation and evaluation.
• Execute and oversee paid social campaigns on various platforms as needed. Adjust and optimize performance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Promptly and professionally responds to comments, ensuring engagement, and addressing any concerns or questions to enhance user relationship.
• Analyze data to give valuable advice to all content stakeholders.
• Source reputable photographers, videographers, and influencers whose work aligns with our strict branding standards.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of professional content curation and social media marketing experience
• Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
• Strong command over various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Sound knowledge on content creation, analytics, advertising, and community management
• Paid social experience specifically lead generation audience targeting
• An insatiable drive to craft influential content for social media is a must
