As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Pittsburgh, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol parking and public access areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support daily operations through clear communication, routine patrols, and a people-first approach that reflects our agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a transportation-related parking location.
• Respond to incidents, parking facility concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout parking areas, entrances, exits, pedestrian walkways, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, observe vehicle and foot traffic, and/or report maintenance issues, policy violations, or suspicious behavior in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist visitors, patrons, and/or staff with directions, general information, and incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
