Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging parts into small bags, assembling gun components, matching serial numbers to stickers, and preparing products for shipment. You may also assist with folding boxes, tagging guns, and other tasks to support the assembly process. Our products are crafted in-house, ensuring each part is meticulously assembled or packaged before reaching our customers. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as accuracy in assembly and packaging is essential.

Responsibilities

• Package parts into small bags for assembly.
• Assemble various gun components accurately.
• Match serial numbers on guns to corresponding stickers.
• Prepare products for shipment by boxing assembled items.
• Assist in folding boxes and tagging guns for the next shift.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to ensure production goals are met.

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
• Experience in assembly, general production, or warehouse inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle small parts.

Work Environment

Our facility accommodates approximately 50 employees on the first shift, with a smaller, newly established second shift. The environment is structured into specific departments, including two assembly sections, a wood shop, and an area dominated by CNC machines. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team-oriented setting, contributing to a cohesive and efficient production process.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
