Technology Support Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Technology Support Engineer for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate must have strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills and the ability to work directly with non‑technical corporate users during a Windows 11 upgrade.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technology Support Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Provide hands‑on service desk and field support for end users throughout the Windows 11 upgrade process.

• Troubleshoot Windows desktop OS issues, hardware problems, and application compatibility concerns.

• Assist users with post‑upgrade questions, configuration adjustments, and basic guidance on new features.

• Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations in accordance with support procedures and standards.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a smooth upgrade experience and minimize user disruption.

• Deliver high‑quality customer service while interacting directly with corporate users in a professional environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 3+ Years of experience required.

• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting capability with hands‑on Windows 11 support exposure.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non‑technical corporate users.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $39.00 per hour
