Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain strict safety and quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven track record in managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling software.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
