A respected healthcare system in State College, PA is hiring a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to support its Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care Unit (CCU), and Antibiotic Stewardship Team .

• Respond to acute codes (stroke, sepsis, cardiac arrest, trauma)

• Lead and support antimicrobial stewardship efforts

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

• PGY1 residency or 3+ years of recent inpatient clinical experience

• Confident clinical decision-maker and team collaborator

• Licensed in PA or open to obtaining (licensure support provided)
