  • Standardize integration patterns, API management, data flows, and security architectures to ensure frictionless interoperability across enterprise systems.
  • Provide architectural oversight and decision support for major cross-domain, strategic programs such as ERP implementation, domain onboarding, and future systems engineering initiatives.
  • Lead the architectural design and enablement strategy for incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) across enterprise workflows and internal IT systems.
  • Establish secure AI integration patterns, guardrails, data pipeline architectures, and governance frameworks (covering data privacy, and model scalability).
  • Evaluate enterprise AI tools, platform integrations, and automation agents to accelerate internal operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and govern the enterprise Build vs. Buy framework, providing rigorous Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), business alignment, scalability, risk, and vendor viability analyses.
  • Conduct architectural risk assessments and technical due diligence on third-party integrations and enterprise software investments.
  • Establish and chair/co-chair the Enterprise Architecture Review Board, setting architectural principles, standards, and compliance gates across Enterprise IT.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, software development, with at least 6+ years in an enterprise architecture role and enterprise architecture leadership within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in assessing organizational AI capabilities and leading enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data architecture, including data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, as the position requires working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills to drive the adoption of new business processes and systems.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certified knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Management or technology consulting background, including big-4 or boutique firms.
  • AI/LLM architecture experience including RAG, agent design, knowledge graphs, and AI governance.
