Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking an Internal Recruiter to support a strategic staff-up of Sales Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sourcing-heavy environment and is passionate about driving inbound recruiting activity.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a sourcing specialist focused on identifying top-tier sales talent.

Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and other applicant websites to proactively message and engage candidates.

Adjust and optimize outreach messaging to improve engagement and response rates.

Drive a 30%+ message acceptance rate through tailored communication strategies.

Build momentum around inbound recruiting by increasing visibility and candidate interest.

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to align sourcing efforts with business needs.

Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity and candidate responses.
