Outpatient Health Center, Williams Port, PA
Join Partnership Health Center in our outpatient health center dedicated exclusively to serving Lycoming County employees and their families . We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Medical Director to provide exceptional patient care while leading the clinical operations of a modern primary care practice.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 4-day work week
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Excellent work-life balance with no hospital call
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Lead and oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
- Promote preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership on operational planning and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on outstanding patient outcomes.
- Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Utilize the electronic health record (EHR) to maintain accurate documentation.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania medical license.
- Previous leadership or Medical Director experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
