Commercial Service Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a charismatic teammate who will solidify prospect, customer, and business partner relationships to consistently generate new business opportunities.

This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers and technicians and will be responsible for lead intake, sourcing materials, estimating, creating quotes, customer presentation & sales, order fulfillment and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and service requests from both technicians and customers
• Collaborate with field technicians to assess service needs and determine the appropriate repairs
• Source required parts and materials from vendors, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare detailed estimates and professional proposals to present to customers
• Follow up with customers to review proposals, address questions, and move the sales process forward
• Upon customer approval, place orders for required materials and verify the correct parts are received
• Coordinate with dispatcher to schedule service work efficiently
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process to provide updates and manage expectations
• Utilize the CRM/ERP system to track quote progress, job status, and material orders
• Conduct post-service follow ups with technicians and customers to confirm work completion and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed education
• Minimum 2 years ‘business to business’ sales experience
• Motivated and determined self-starter
• Energetic individual with a positive disposition
