LEAD FLOOR CARE SPECIALIST (Full-Time)
Bob's Valley Wide has been serving the Lehigh Valley with floor care solutions for 30+ years. Our company, with a reputation for outstanding customer service, has an opening for an energetic, responsible person to help service our customers and grow with the company.
Position Highlights:
Floor care specialists earn a starting wage of $18-$21/hr based on experience. We offer complete training, a retirement plan, paid vacation (after introductory period) and opportunities to advance in our growing company. At Bob's Valley Wide, you will be part of a dynamic, growing business where you will be valued as an integral part of our success. Management floor care experience can expect to earn 25/hr to start
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
A floor care specialist should be a results-driven, self-motivated technician who provides top-quality floor care services for residential and commercial properties. Individuals in this role must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and have reliable transportation. Specialists will play a vital role in customer interactions, handling paperwork in a timely manner, and ensuring exceptional service. Experience in the industry as well as management experience a plus
