Office Manager / Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)

Benner & White Construction, Inc. is a well-established construction company with 47 years in business, and we are growing! We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Office Manager / Accounting Assistant to join our team at our Harleysville, PA office. Flexible part-time hours are available. Some accounting background is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Human Resources support
· Data entry
· Purchase order processing
· Health insurance administration
· Accounts Payable (A/P)
· Subcontractor administration
· Notary services (required)
Qualifications
· Previous office management and/or accounting experience preferred
· Construction industry experience a plus, but not required
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
· Proficiency with basic office and accounting software
