On Call Banquet Server
Spring Mill Country Club & Spring Mill Manor are looking to hire Banquet Servers who are available to work, as needed throughout the year, at our facilities located in Ivyland, PA—looking for day shifts during the week and night shifts. Weekend shifts are also needed. Hours can vary depending on bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Performs related banquet set-up tasks.
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating them.
- Takes beverage orders and serves food in the specified stations.
- Pours and refills wine, coffee, water, and other beverages served with and after the meal.
- Clears soiled dishes as needed.
- Cleans all assigned work areas in the kitchen and banquet areas.
- Advises supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur.
- Assists in closing functions such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room for the following function.
- Attends staff meetings, including pre-service (line-up) sessions.
- Consistently follows all food safety-related requirements.
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Maitre-D.
Requirements:
- Must have experience.
- Pre-employment drug testing required.
- Must have own transportation.
- Age requirements: 16 years and older.
Salary: $18 with experience
About Spring Milll Country Club Spring Mill Country Associates consists of four properties that offer a variety of amenities located in the heart of Bucks County, PA. Spring Mill Country Club is a private 18-hole golf course that is also home to Judd's and Jackson's Restaurant, a casual family-friendly restaurant featuring seasonal American cuisine. Our banquet rooms host numerous private parties including bridal and baby showers as well as weddings and funeral luncheons.
