This role focuses on meticulously cleaning, polishing, and protecting vehicles to ensure they look their best for every customer.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior/exterior detailing.
- Inspect vehicles for defects or damages and report any issues to management.
- Use specialized tools and products to restore vehicle appearance to showroom quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all detailing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and customer expectations.
- Proven experience as an automotive detailer, preferably with a focus on high-quality detailing.
- Strong knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual work.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
