Full-Time Nanny / House Manager-Springfield, PA
A warm and professional family in Collegeville, PA, is seeking a reliable, proactive, and nurturing Full-Time Nanny/House Manager to care for their two children, ages 5 and 9. Both children attend school during the day, so while childcare is the primary responsibility, the position also involves household management to ensure the home runs smoothly.
Location: Collegeville, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (40 guaranteed hours per week)
Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: 10 days PTO, all major holidays off
Childcare
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and outings
Support homework and reading routines
Drive children to and from after-school activities
Light tidying of children’s spaces (playroom, bedrooms)
Coordinate playdates and extracurricular schedules
Household Management:
Grocery shopping and running errands (e.g., dry cleaning pick-up)
Keeping the household organized and running efficiently
Meal prep assistance for the family, as needed
3–5 verifiable professional references
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
