Mowing Crew Team Member

Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor areas
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Assist with clean-up of debris and ensure job sites are left in excellent condition
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while on the job
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required
