Mowing Crew Team Member
Join our team as a Mowing Crew Team Member and help keep outdoor spaces looking their best! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are eager to contribute to a team environment. As a valued member of our crew, you will play a key role in maintaining lawns and landscapes for our clients, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor areas
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Assist with clean-up of debris and ensure job sites are left in excellent condition
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while on the job
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required
