Biopharm Manufacturing Associate

GMP Cleaning Associate:

• Upper Merion/King of Prussia, PA.
• Pay Rate: $22.50/hour.
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (3–4 days/week) | Every Other Weekend | Some Night Coverage Required.

Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a GMP Cleaning Associate to support our long-standing biopharmaceutical client committed to improving lives through medical innovation.

This role is critical to maintaining clean, compliant, and audit-ready production, laboratory, and warehouse environments within a regulated manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

GMP Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Clean and disinfect production, laboratory, and warehouse areas per site procedures.
• Perform cleaning activities in accordance with cGMP and Biopharm safety requirements.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all EHS standards, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.
• Report incidents, abnormalities, and deviations promptly.
• Participate in Stop for Safety sessions.
• Raise ZAPs for environmental health & safety concerns.

Quality & Performance:

• Maintain 5S standards and area cleanliness.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Ensure proper materials are procured and used.
• Interact professionally with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of sterile or GMP cleaning experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• (or 5+ years equivalent regulated cleaning experience).
• Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP/MERPS, VQD, Syncade, or similar systems preferred.
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and potential nights.
