Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with home health settings or OASIS documentation preferred but not required.
• Ability to complete clinical pre-screen and managerial interview as part of the hiring process.
• Willingness to rotate weekends and work holidays as needed.
• Must be able to support patient care across York County and neighboring counties, primarily western York and Adams; candidate must be willing to travel within that coverage area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home health or hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
• Schedule: 5 x 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.
• Mileage reimbursement available at the current mileage rate; mileage must be submitted with work hours and supporting documentation for reimbursement.
• Must be available to float within York County and support neighboring counties, primarily western York and Adams.
• Return-to-office (RTO) policy: maximum 7 days.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide skilled physical therapy to hospital and home health patients in Lebanon, PA and surrounding counties. Participate in a clinical screening process to ensure appropriate clinical fit. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and safe discharge to home or community settings.
