Human Resources Manager

A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join the team! This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting employee development. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of HR practices and processes, aligning strategies with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership - Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Talent Acquisition - Lead recruitment efforts to attract and select top talent. Actively participate in interviews and onboarding programs to enhance employee retention.

Employee Relations - Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.

Performance Management - Design and implement performance management systems that support employee growth and organizational goals. Provide guidance on evaluations and feedback processes.

Training & Development - Identify training needs and create programs to support skill development and career advancement. Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Employee Benefits Administration - Oversee and coordinate employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the workforce.

Compliance & Policy Management - Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and best practices.

Data & Reporting - Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights to senior management.

Special Projects - Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification.

Experience in change management and organizational development.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

10+ years of HR and supervisory experience in organizations with 100+ employees.
