Midway Staffing is actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Material Handlers (Record Specialists) in Middletown, PA. This role supports secure and organized handling of sensitive physical records and information. Position Details

• Location: Middletown, PA

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 9am-530pm

• Pay Rate: $17.00

• Environment: Climate-controlled warehouse, team-driven atmosphere

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle, sort, and move confidential physical files and boxes

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment

• Maintain accurate inventory and proper documentation

• Retrieve, document, and return records based on customer requests

• Follow strict safety and privacy protocols at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and walk/stand for extended periods

• Previous warehouse, record management, or material handling experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with scanning and tracking systems
