Description:
Embassy Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a 74-bed facility in Hillsdale, Pennsylvania. This PRN/Casual role offers flexible scheduling based on your availability, daily pay, and opportunities to work in a supportive environment with regular staff appreciation activities. The RN will provide direct patient care while supervising nursing assistants to ensure the highest standard of quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervising daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local nursing regulations and facility guidelines.
- Supporting the Director of Nursing Services in maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered, active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to resident care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on personal availability.
