• Developyourselfandyourteam.

• ProvidesperformancefeedbackandreviewsforCoachesandPlayersandassistswiththeprofessionaldevelopmentoftheirteam.
• &objectives.
• MonitorsPlayerjobperformancefood&laborcostsbudgetssaleslaborpayrolloperationofrestaurantequipmentfood&beveragepreparationstorageinventoryandpresentation;foodandbeverageservice;vendorinvoicesandthefoodorderingsystem;communication/managerlogentries;andcashtransactionscompsvoidsandamountsofcashindrawers.
