Physical Therapist Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or BS in Physical Therapy)
• Home health physical therapy experience or related healthcare setting experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout the service area
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation systems
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
