Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient ortho or general orthopedic physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient education and mentor students or junior staff preferred.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule, including two evening shifts per week to meet flexible 40-hour needs.
• Position Available: 1.
• Candidate may be expected to follow facility float policies within the same regional network when required.
