SYNLawn Pittsburgh is the exclusive distributor and installer of SYNLawn artificial grass in Western Pennsylvania. We are a division of Eisler Landscapes , a company proudly celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2026.
We install high-end synthetic turf projects — luxury putting greens, pet runs, commercial playgrounds, rooftops, and sports surfaces. We are backed by a century of stability and old-fashioned values. And we're growing fast.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our SYNLawn Pittsburgh showroom on Neville Island. You'll work directly with ownership and the management team handling day-to-day accounting support, billing, inventory tracking, HR administration, and front-office operations.
Our sales and field team is frequently out on job sites and sales calls — you'll be the consistent presence keeping things running smoothly and professionally when they're gone.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Billing: Assist management with accounts receivable, billing, and financial recordkeeping using Foundation (our construction accounting software). Prior Foundation experience is a plus — training provided.
- Inventory Management: Track and enter inventory purchases and usage into our accounting system based on input from the warehouse team. Monitor accuracy and flag discrepancies to management.
- HR & Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation, employee onboarding documentation, and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Office Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact at the showroom — manage phones, emails, and general correspondence.
- Showroom Coordination: Greet clients, contractors, and walk-in visitors professionally. Maintain an organized, presentable office environment.
We Want to Talk to You If You Have:
- Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and financial records
- Experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar role (preferred, not required — we will train the right candidate)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to self-manage and work independently without constant supervision
- A background in construction, landscaping, or trades is a genuine plus
