Business Systems Analyst
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Systems Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions
- Define system scope, objectives, and solutions aligned with business, technical, and industry needs
- Analyze and improve user interfaces, business processes, and data quality/reporting
- Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to support business and client requirements
- Perform data analysis, develop SQL scripts, and create new or enhanced reports
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and advise users on available data feeds and reporting options
- Partner with developers and SMEs to identify risks, resolve issues, and support project delivery
- Support product releases, IT lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Salesforce configuration, customization, and external system integrations
- Strong business analysis skills with experience in Agile environments
- Banking or financial services domain experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and ownership across multiple initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
- Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation
- Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Clear verbal, written, and technical communication skills
