ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for AI automation specialists, development minded tinkerers, and self-learners who are already living in the AI era. Not curious about AI. Not experimenting with it. Actually using it — building real things with it, faster than most teams thought possible. If you're using AI to write code, automate tasks, or build apps you couldn't have built alone six months ago — we want to talk.

Nexvel Solutions is a digital marketing and technology agency based in the Philadelphia area. We help local businesses compete with larger brands through integrated digital marketing, web development, and custom technology. We're rebuilding how we operate from the ground up using AI and we need people who think the same way.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD :

• AI-powered systems and tools that make our team faster and our clients' results better
• AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate manual, repetitive work across our team
• Internal tools that replace paid SaaS subscriptions — built with AI
• Client-facing systems and reports powered by AI — things like automated website audit tools that surface SEO and technical issues without anyone having to pull the data manually
• API integrations that connect the tools we already use in smarter, faster ways
• Scalable processes that other team members can actually use — not just tools that only you understand
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team on problems that haven't been solved before

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST:

• Hands-on experience building workflows
• Comfort working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) to build real automations and AI agents
• Ability to read and work with API documentation and webhooks
• Self-taught, bootcamp, or degree — we don't care how you learned, we care what you can do
• Strong communication — you'll work closely with non-technical teammates to understand what needs to be built

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with AI tools, automation, or workflow building
• Familiarity with WordPress, Next.js, or Supabase
• Any side projects, personal tools, or apps built with AI assistance

COMPENSATION & DETAILS:

• Full-time, in-office position — Located in the Philadelphia / Elkins Park area
• Starting salary for an AI Automation Specialist: $55k - $65k commensurate with experience
