About the Job

Randall's Restaurant is looking for a Busser to join our experienced front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area to support servers and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Clearing tables, resetting them with clean linens and silverware, refilling water glasses, and assisting servers as needed.
• They ensure the dining area remains clean and presentable by wiping down tables, removing spills, sweeping floors, and emptying trash.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the dining room by polishing silverware, cleaning glassware, and ensuring the dining area is tidy.
• Communicate with management and all other service staff effectively.

Qualifications:

• Our ideal candidate is well organized, can work well within a team, and is used to a fast-paced environment.
• The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience is not necessary, and training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment.
• Must be professional and positive and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
• Working with a sense of urgency is required.
• A clean and neat appearance is a must.
• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Must be 16 years old.
• Ability to stand/be on your feet for 5+ hours.

Work Setting:

• The position is part-time .
• Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm on).
• Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
• Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.
