OverviewWe are seeking an Executive Assistant who is skilled in performing tasks such as clerical and related office functions. Core responsibilities include administrative duties including travel planning, expense reimbursement support, information and communications organization, meeting and event planning/execution. This role will sit in our Philadelphia office 4 days a week.
How you'll make an impact- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Gallagher Re employees in our Philadelphia office
- Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
- Help manage flow of information and commitments, including over the phone and electronically
- Organize materials for meetings and travel plans
- May have some responsibility for calendar management
- Associates degree and 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft application skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
