Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Physician to join our hospital-based team for ongoing scope procedures. This role involves performing outpatient scopes on adult patients (18+), with no inpatient or call duties required. The position is scheduled for specific dates from September 21 to October 30, with daytime hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Work Details:
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
- Department: In-hospital scopes
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital Bed Size: 163 beds
- Special Procedures: No ERCP or EUS
- Practice Setting: Hospital outpatient
- Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active PA Medical License
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- DEA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days (temporary status possible if credentials are clean)
- Shift: Day shift, 4 days a week, 8 hours per day (07:00 - 15:30)
