Position Title: Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: Toughkenamon, PA

Assignment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $20.00 / Hourly

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Site or Hybrid: On-Site

An Addison Group client is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative !

Job Responsibilities:

• Make 30+ outbound cold calls per day to active and prospective customers

• Sell directly over the phone (not just lead qualification)

• Work from existing customer lists of 1,500+ contacts

• Log activity, notes, and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Learn full-cycle inside sales from an experienced sales professional

• Follow up on warm leads and reactivation opportunities

• Build confidence, objection-handling, and closing skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required (college coursework a plus)

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

• Outgoing, competitive, and motivated personality

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work full-time on-site
